Vitamins for growth
During the stage of growth in children and adolescents, the body requires large amounts of energy and nutrients. The increase corresponds with increased muscle mass and skeletal system and you need a good diet during this period. It is vital to have a good supply of minerals and vitamins for growth.
For children and adolescents are especially recommended vitamins that somehow relate to protein synthesis, growth and development of all body cells. These are vitamins A, D, folate, B12, B6, Riboflavin, Niacin and Thiamin. It is suggested that these vitamins come from the consumption of healthy foods, especially fruits and vegetables.
But it is quite common that children do not like vegetables, and that’s when we sharpen our wits and use our intelligence to make children eat all kinds of vegetables and fruits in any form.
