Tips to exercise for overweight
Now that you are considering exercising, here are 10 tips to not abandon the idea:
- Trust yourself and keep in mind that each small step adds up to big results over time.

Too much exercise could affect fertility?
Do all your friends are already mothers, and you do not manage to get pregnant? If the doctor has not found any problem, maybe the answer is in your gym.
If you’re at a healthy weight and want to have a baby, doing moderate exercise (like brisk walking and gardening do) helps, because it increases your chances of getting pregnant. But you should avoid very strenuous exercise or high intensity, which require great physical exertion (running, cycling or swimming at high speed, for example) because they may decrease your chances of pregnancy. The exception would be in the overweight women whose fertility is not affected by the type of exercise you do. Those are the results of a study conducted by American and Danish researchers, thousands of Danish women.
The study was conducted through the Internet, they sent questionnaires to 3.628 women aged 18 to 40 years. All had to be in stable relationships with their partners, and trying to get pregnant, but they could be receiving fertility treatments. The researchers acquired information on weight, height, medical records and women’s reproductive and lifestyle, behavior, and the hours they spent a week working out, plus the type of exercise. Exercise Against Premature Aging: New Evidence
