After a bad night, the next day we should not take a nap or siesta, it is important to stand firm timetable we have set for bed and not sleep before. Otherwise, we will practically never get used to a sleep schedule.

3. Narcolepsy
It is a disease that is sudden and uncontrollable attacks of daytime sleepiness and may occur in any circumstance and when we go down the street or at work. Sufferer is constantly drowsy and may fall asleep suddenly.

The person who suffers it can not avoid giving small nod and although he is a momentary rest, soon after, again feel the same sense of sleep. Sometimes this disorder is associated with abrupt and sudden falls due to loss of muscle strength caused by intense emotions like anger, laughter or excitement, is what is called cataplexy.

Also, it can happen that the patient will feel unable to speak or move as if falling asleep. In this case, we speak of “sleep paralysis”.

4. Sleep Apnea
It is a sleep disorder that is caused by sudden interruptions of breathing during the night resulting in noisy snoring. Breathing may stop about 10 seconds of time, after which there is a desperate attempt to breathe.

Every time this happens the person wakes briefly and suffers because of these frequent awakening the next day is very tired and headaches. Sleep apnea is more common in people with obesity and age.

5. Hypersomnia

The hipernomnia is the presence of excessive sleepiness during a period of time approximately one month at least. It is justified by the lack of sleep or insomnia, because at night there are long bouts of sleep during the day, it is very easy to fall asleep. It is normal in some physiological situations as the first three months of pregnancy.
