Fatigue

Fatigue is not a disease but the sense is often a symptom of a disease or an underlying disorder.
Although tiredness affects everyone at one time or another, particularly after a short night’s sleep or after an intense, people often feel very tired when they have enough sleep. In the latter case we can speak of fatigue.
These people with fatigue should consult a doctor who will try to find the cause and help treat this debilitating disease for oneself but also for the environment.
The causes of fatigue or chronic fatigue (lasting longer than 6 months) are numerous, here are the main reasons that can lead to fatigue:
> Anemia (often due to iron deficiency), in the case of some women who experience menstrual bleeding with women or new mothers
> Hypothyroidism (a thyroid disorder)
> An infectious disease such as mononucleosis, herpes, influenza, a cold, cold, a sinus infection, AIDS, …

> Pregnancy
> A metabolic disease like diabetes

> A cancer
> Sleep Apnea
> An allergy (to food, to pollen [hayfever ],…)
> Sleep disturbance
> Poor absorption of some nutrients such as vitamins, trace elements and minerals [would be a major source of fatigue]
> Excessive consumption of caffeine or caffeine-rich drinks (Coke, coffee, cold tea ,…).
In effect caffeine has a stimulating effect and may help fight against fatigue but, paradoxically, excessive consumption of caffeine can also lead to fatigue, because there as a tolerance that moved to the substance and it is always more caffeine to fight against fatigue, where the installation of a form of vicious circle. Tip: decrease or stop your intake of caffeine.
