Food and headaches

When we have a poor diet or not properly nourish us, the most common is that they appear certain diseases or ailments that arise as a result of deficiencies of substances and elements for some parts of our body. This makes the headache is one of the signs that something we do not travel well.
But although it may seem, there are foods you can take to develop these illnesses, mainly because some components that are inside them and can not be recommended for some people.
That’s why doctors removed some foods from our diets to eliminate the cause of these headaches that both can lead to boredom. These include caffeine and tannins, some nitrates, tyramine and to monosodium glutamate-used as food seasoning.
Fatigue

Fatigue is not a disease but the sense is often a symptom of a disease or an underlying disorder.
Although tiredness affects everyone at one time or another, particularly after a short night’s sleep or after an intense, people often feel very tired when they have enough sleep. In the latter case we can speak of fatigue.
These people with fatigue should consult a doctor who will try to find the cause and help treat this debilitating disease for oneself but also for the environment.
The causes of fatigue or chronic fatigue (lasting longer than 6 months) are numerous, here are the main reasons that can lead to fatigue:
> Anemia (often due to iron deficiency), in the case of some women who experience menstrual bleeding with women or new mothers
> Hypothyroidism (a thyroid disorder)
