Rice and Fruit Diet
The diet of rice and fruit is a type of diet that allows eating those foods and dishes you crave more time to lose weight.
This diet is based on consumption, among other things, rice and fruits which contain no chlorine and sodium.
On the other hand, this is why you should not continue following up on this diet for more than a month.
It should cuisine 300 grams of rice daily and that is the amount of rice to be consumed throughout the day.
To cook the rice should be washed and strain into a pot sealed with three amounts of cold water. You have to boil the rice and simmer for 5 minutes until water evaporates completely.
Rice seasoning salt should be replaced with honey, brown sugar, cinnamon or fruit.
Procedure:
For breakfast
* 1 orange or apple juice or grapefruit.
* 1 bowl of rice with honey and sliced fruits, except banana and nuts.
To eat
* 1 bowl of rice with cinnamon, prunes and raisins.
Picnic
* 1 apple or fruit in season to taste.
For dinner
* 1 piece of fruit different from a snack and in case you keep hungry, eat a banana.
